Trigger points are small knots within the belly of the muscle. When they are active, they cause pain that radiates to other areas of the body. Trigger point work is used to find and release these points primarily through the use of static pressure, friction, active and passive stretching. It is used in conjunction with other techniques to achieve the overall results the client is looking for.

This modality is generally used in conjunction with other services and typically follows the pricing structure for Swedish: $35/30 min, $60/60 min, and $80/90 min
